The minimum age for Harmony of Hardcore is 18 years. No exceptions are made. You must therefore be born on or before Saturday 23 May 2008. If you do not meet this minimum age, you will not be allowed to enter the event (even if you have already purchased a ticket).
You must be able to identify yourself with a valid passport, ID card or driver’s license.

Travel tickets
You can easily travel to Harmony of Hardcore by booking a Travel ticket in advance. Choose the official shuttle service from Eindhoven or ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Regional Express Bus from several Dutch cities, or travel with one of our touringcar partners from locations across the Netherlands and Europe.
Travel Tickets are return trips and bring you directly to the festival entrance and back safely after the event. We strongly recommend buying your Travel Ticket online in advance to secure your seat and benefit from pre-sale pricing.
Parking tickets
With a parking ticket, you can park at one of the Harmony of Hardcore parking areas. You can buy a parking ticket at the festival and pay by cash or card. It is cheaper to purchase your parking ticket online during the pre-sale.
Tokens
During the festival, payments are made using tokens. You can purchase tokens at the entrance of the festival grounds at one of the token counters or at the machines. You can pay by cash or card. There are no ATMs on the festival grounds, but you can withdraw cash when purchasing tokens. Tokens from previous years are not valid, but they are valid the next day during 7th Sunday Festival.
If you bought tokens during the pre-sale, you can collect them at the first token counter: Pre-Sale Token Pick up Point.
Locker Ticket
Want to arrive well prepared at Harmony of Hardcore and experience The Ultimate Hardcore Feeling as quickly as possible? Buy your locker online in advance and save money. You can also purchase a locker on-site by scanning the QR code at the location or the old-school way at the counter.

Personalize your tickets
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. Personalization for Harmony of Hardcore is mandatory. Once you have personalized your tickets, they will be sent to you by email 3 days before the event (May 20). If you personalize your ticket after this moment, you will receive your tickets immediately after completing the personalization.
How to personalize your tickets:

Click Save for each ticket to store your progress. When all tickets are completed, click Complete Personalization at the bottom of the page to finish the process.

Only the ticket buyer will receive the tickets by email after personalization is completed.

Free tickets
Tickets won through one of our official channels or via external partners will be sent by email from CM Ticketing one day before the festival (please also check your spam folder). These tickets do not need to be personalized.
Secondary ticket platforms
Tickets were (and are) exclusively available through our official website. It is not allowed to buy or sell your ticket via TicketSwap, Marktplaats, Viagogo, Tickettack, Tickets4U, etc.
In the past, we have experienced many issues with individuals and companies making large profits from ticket resales. Every year, around 350 people arrive at the entrance in tears because they cannot enter with tickets purchased via secondary ticket platforms such as TicketSwap, Viagogo or Marktplaats. That is why we have had to take strict measures.
If you purchased your ticket through one of these platforms, you are not registered as an official ticket buyer and we are unfortunately unable to assist you. In that case, you are fully dependent on the original registered ticket buyer.
Please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official website in the future, so you are registered as an official ticket buyer.

At Harmony of Hardcore, there are plenty of Eventsafe lockers available on the festival grounds where you can safely store your jacket and other belongings.

For new mothers
At Harmony of Hardcore, there is a designated space at the first aid station where women can pump breast milk. This area is equipped with a table, several chairs, and access to electricity.
Milk can be labeled and stored in the refrigerator until leaving the festival. Of course, there are no limits on how often you can pump. Please note that you need to bring your own supplies, such as a breast pump and storage bags or containers.

General Festival Rules
At the festival the following house rules apply on the festival grounds:
Food & Drinks
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks onto the festival grounds. There are plenty of food and beverage options available, so there’s no need!
Prohibited liquids / sprays
It is not allowed to bring liquids such as deodorant spray, hairspray, or spray sunscreen onto the festival grounds. There are sufficient facilities on-site to freshen up or (have your hair) styled.
Contact lens solution is also not allowed, but can be obtained at the first aid station.
Allowed liquids
You are allowed to bring a small (<100 ml) new package of cream-based sunscreen. There is also a sunscreen station available on-site. In addition, a deodorant roller is allowed, as long as it is a small travel-size.
Drugs, weapons and other prohibited items
Anything that could harm yourself or others is strictly prohibited. This will be thoroughly checked at the entrance.
Diabetics
Insulin pumps and pens are allowed, but will be checked upon entry.
Selfie sticks
Selfie sticks are not allowed on the festival grounds due to safety reasons.
Nitrous oxide
Nitrous oxide is prohibited on and around the festival grounds.
Overnight stay
There is no campsite at the festival. It is also not allowed to stay overnight in your car at the parking area.
Professional photo/video equipment
It is not allowed to bring professional photo or video equipment onto the festival grounds. If you would like to shoot professionally, please request press accreditation via press@par-t.nl.
Accessibility
At Harmony of Hardcore, the event takes place at festival site De Roost in Erp. Despite the temporary nature of the venue, everything is done to make it as accessible as possible. The festival grounds are easy to reach and feature no less than 15,000 m² of paved pathways, complemented by 14,000 m² of flooring across the various areas.
The VIP sections and the three areas at The Mountain are somewhat more difficult to access. In Area 3, there is a viewing platform that can be reached via a ramp suitable for wheelchairs. To make the experience as comfortable as possible for visitors with disabilities, the following facilities are available:
- A parking area close to the festival, accessible upon presentation of a disabled parking permit or a doctor’s note (please email service@par-t.nl for arrangements).
- Accessible toilets are available at all restroom areas, as well as at the first aid station, including assistance if needed.
- 1 in 8 entrance lanes at the main entrance is extra wide for wheelchair access.
- A low-stimulation space where you can take a break and recharge if needed. These areas provide a calm environment to recover from the crowds and intense music.
- If you have a disability, you can contact us via service@par-t.nl. You will be connected with a dedicated contact person for any questions or support before and during the festival.
- Please let us know your needs in advance so we can do everything possible to make your visit as comfortable as possible.
There are no special tickets for visitors with disabilities or their companions, but we are open to accommodating your needs wherever possible. Feel free to share your requests by emailing service@par-t.nl.
Exit & Re-enter
Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the festival grounds.
Betaalmogelijkheden
Tijdens het festival wordt er betaald met tokens. Deze haal je bij de ingang van het terrein bij de token balie of in de automaten. Of je kunt je munten vooraf bestellen, zo kan je gelijk beginnen wanneer je het festival binnenloopt.
Bij de muntenkassa kan er worden betaald met contant geld of de pin. Het is mogelijk om te betalen met Mastercard & Visa. Er zijn geen pinautomaten op het terrein aanwezig, wel kan je tijdens het kopen van je tokens geld bijpinnen.
Drugs policy / Skip die Trip
We want everyone to enjoy the festival in a safe and healthy environment. We therefore apply a zero-tolerance policy: the possession, use and sale of both soft and hard drugs is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. Visitors may be searched upon entry and during the event. Anyone found with drugs may be denied entry or removed from the festival and could face fines.
Denormalizing drugs
Drug use is sometimes seen as normal at festivals, but it definitely isn’t. It brings risks for yourself, your friends and everyone around you. That’s why we support the Skip die Trip campaign and work together with municipalities, emergency services and safety partners to denormalize drug use and keep the festival as safe as possible.

Celebrate Safe
Nothing beats getting lost in the music, dancing in the sun, being part of a massive crowd of euphoric partygoers, dancing until your feet give out, chilling in the bungalow, flirting with beautiful people, and going all out with your friends. There’s nothing better than celebrating the good life and sharing that feeling with everyone around you.
What’s even better than a great party is getting home safe and sound. As fun as partying is, it’s never completely without risks. Check the website for the 10 key principles.
No Smokey
Smoking is prohibited in all tents and covered areas. This applies to both cigarettes and e-cigarettes*.
Smoking in tents and covered areas is prohibited by law, and fines can go up to €13,500 per tent. The Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) conducts inspections, including undercover checks, to ensure compliance. Please smoke outside the tents. Consequences may range from a warning to removal from the festival grounds.
*You may only bring an e-cigarette onto the festival grounds if the liquid is still sealed. A maximum of one liquid is allowed.
Cigarettes are not sold on the festival grounds.
Medication
If you bring medication, it must be for personal use only and in quantities appropriate for the duration of the event. Make sure the medication is in its original packaging, including the leaflet, and bring a medication passport listing the prescribed medication.
