Minimum age
The minimum age for Harmony of Hardcore is 18 years. No exceptions are made. You must therefore be born on or before Saturday 23 May 2008. If you do not meet this minimum age, you will not be allowed to enter the event (even if you have already purchased a ticket).
You must be able to identify yourself with a valid passport, ID card or driver’s license.

Travel tickets
You can easily travel to Harmony of Hardcore by booking a Travel ticket in advance. Choose the official shuttle service from Eindhoven or ’s-Hertogenbosch, the Regional Express Bus from several Dutch cities, or travel with one of our touringcar partners from locations across the Netherlands and Europe.
Travel Tickets are return trips and bring you directly to the festival entrance and back safely after the event. We strongly recommend buying your Travel Ticket online in advance to secure your seat and benefit from pre-sale pricing.
Parking tickets
With a parking ticket, you can park at one of the Harmony of Hardcore parking areas. You can buy a parking ticket at the festival and pay by cash or card. It is cheaper to purchase your parking ticket online during the pre-sale.
Tokens
During the festival, payments are made using tokens. You can purchase tokens at the entrance of the festival grounds at one of the token counters or at the machines. You can pay by cash or card. There are no ATMs on the festival grounds, but you can withdraw cash when purchasing tokens. Tokens from previous years are not valid, but they are valid the next day during 7th Sunday Festival.
If you bought tokens during the pre-sale, you can collect them at the first token counter: Pre-Sale Token Pick up Point.
Locker Ticket
Want to arrive well prepared at Harmony of Hardcore and experience The Ultimate Hardcore Feeling as quickly as possible? Buy your locker online in advance and save money. You can also purchase a locker on-site by scanning the QR code at the location or the old-school way at the counter.

Personalize your tickets
After purchasing a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. Personalization for Harmony of Hardcore is mandatory. Once you have personalized your tickets, they will be sent to you by email 3 days before the event (May 20). If you personalize your ticket after this moment, you will receive your tickets immediately after completing the personalization.
How to personalize your tickets:

Use a unique email address and phone number for each ticket.

Click Save for each ticket to store your progress. When all tickets are completed, click Complete Personalization at the bottom of the page to finish the process.

Only the ticket buyer will receive the tickets by email after personalization is completed.

The personalized visitors will not receive a separate notification about their tickets.

Already personalized your tickets but need to change a name? You can! Click the personalization link in your confirmation email and use the Edit personalization button to make changes. Please note: you can edit personalization until 3 days before the festival. After that, tickets will be sent with the last entered name and changes are no longer possible.

Free tickets
Tickets won through one of our official channels or via external partners will be sent by email from CM Ticketing one day before the festival (please also check your spam folder). These tickets do not need to be personalized.
Secondary ticket platforms
Tickets were (and are) exclusively available through our official website. It is not allowed to buy or sell your ticket via TicketSwap, Marktplaats, Viagogo, Tickettack, Tickets4U, etc.
In the past, we have experienced many issues with individuals and companies making large profits from ticket resales. Every year, around 350 people arrive at the entrance in tears because they cannot enter with tickets purchased via secondary ticket platforms such as TicketSwap, Viagogo or Marktplaats. That is why we have had to take strict measures.
If you purchased your ticket through one of these platforms, you are not registered as an official ticket buyer and we are unfortunately unable to assist you. In that case, you are fully dependent on the original registered ticket buyer.
Please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official website in the future, so you are registered as an official ticket buyer.

DIENSTEN
EHBO
Op het festivalterrein is er een EHBO post te vinden. Deze post is duidelijk aangegeven op het terrein zelf en op de plattegrond.
Kluisjes
Er zijn voldoende Eventsafe kluisjes aanwezig op het festivalterrein waar je veilig je jas en andere spullen kan opbergen.

Voor onze kersverse moeders
Bij de EHBO post is een aparte ruimte waar de dames kunnen kolven. Hier staat een tafel met een aantal stoelen en is er stroom aanwezig. De melk kunnen zij gelabeld in de koelkast bewaren tot ze naar huis gaan. Natuurlijk mogen zij onbeperkt kolven. Wel zullen zij zelf al hun spullen (kolfapparaat, zakjes/bakjes) mee moeten nemen.

Algemene festivalregels
Er zijn een aantal huisregels op ons festivalterrein:
Eten & Drinken
Het is niet toegestaan om eigen eten en drinken het festivalterrein op te nemen. We hebben gezorgd voor genoeg eet- en drinkgelegenheden op het terrein dus ook nergens voor nodig!
Niet toegestane vloeistoffen/spuitbussen
Het is niet toegestaan om vloeistoffen mee te nemen op het festivalterrein zoals: deodorant spray, haarlak en spuit zonnebrand. Op het terrein is er voldoende mogelijkheid om je op te frissen of je haren bij te (laten) werken.
Lenzenvloeistof mag je ook niet meenemen op het terrein, deze kan je bij de ehbo verkrijgen.
Wel toegestane vloeistoffen
Het is wel toegestaan om een kleine (<100ml) nieuwe verpakking smeerbare zonnebrand mee te nemen op het festivalterrein. Er is natuurlijk ook een insmeerbar op het terrein te vinden! Daarnaast biedt een deo roller uitkomst voor het meenemen van deo op het festivalterrein. Let wel op dat het een klein travel formaat deo roller moet zijn.
Drugs, wapens en andere verboden middelen
Alles waarmee je jezelf of een ander kan bezeren of letsel mee toe kunt brengen is verboden. Bij de ingang wordt hier dan ook streng op gecontroleerd.
Diabetici
Insuline pompen en pennen zijn toegestaan maar worden wel gecontroleerd.
Selfie sticks
Een selfie stick is vanwege veiligheid niet toegestaan op het festivalterrein.
Lachgas
Lachgas is op en rondom het terrein verboden.
Overnachten
Er is geen camping bij het festival, daarnaast is het ook niet toegestaan om op de parkeerplaats in de auto te blijven slapen.
Professionele foto/videoapparatuur
Het is niet toegestaan om professionele foto/videoapparatuur mee te nemen op het terrein. Wil je op professionele basis fotograferen of filmen, vraag dan een persaanvraag aan via press@par-t.nl
Toegankelijkheid
Harmony of Hardcore wordt georganiseerd op festivalterrein De Roost in Erp. Ondanks het tijdelijke karakter van het terrein doet Harmony of Hardcore er alles aan om het zo toegankelijk mogelijk te maken. Het festivalterrein is goed bereikbaar en beschikt over maar liefst 15.000 m² aan verharde vloerpaden, aangevuld met 14.000 m² aan vloer in de verschillende area’s. De VIP-gedeeltes en de drie area’s op The Mountain zijn wat lastiger te bereiken. In Area 3 is een kijkplatform aanwezig dat bereikbaar is via een helling voor rolstoelen.
Er zijn een aantal voorzieningen om het mensen met een beperking zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken:
- Een parkeerplaats dicht bij het festival waar je kunt parkeren als je een invalidenparkeerkaart kunt overleggen of een verwijzing van de huisarts (mail hiervoor naar service@par-t.nl).
- Bij alle toiletgroepen is een mindervaliden toilet aanwezig. Ook bij de EHBO is die aanwezig, inclusief begeleiding als dat nodig is.
- 1 op de 8 doorgangen bij de hoofdentree is extra breed voor toegang met een rolstoel.
- Prikkelarme ruimte, waar je vanwege je handicap even op kracht kan komen om daarna weer lekker door te gaan. Er zijn prikkelarme ruimtes waar je kan herstellen van de drukte en/of bikkelharde beats.
- Stuur ons een mail (service@par-t.nl) als je een beperking hebt en je wordt in contact gebracht met een speciale contactpersoon voor als je vragen en uitdagingen voorafgaand en tijdens het festival.
- Laat weten als je een beperking hebt en laat weten wat je wensen zijn zodat we er alles aan kunnen doen op je bezoek zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.
Er zijn geen speciale tickets voor mensen met een beperking en hun begeleiders, we staan wel voor alles open om je ervaring zo goed mogelijk te maken. Laat ons je wensen weten door een mail te sturen naar: service@par-t.nl.
Exit & Re-enter
Bij het verlaten van het festivalterrein is het niet mogelijk om het festival opnieuw te betreden.
Betaalmogelijkheden
Tijdens het festival wordt er betaald met tokens. Deze haal je bij de ingang van het terrein bij de token balie of in de automaten. Of je kunt je munten vooraf bestellen, zo kan je gelijk beginnen wanneer je het festival binnenloopt.
Bij de muntenkassa kan er worden betaald met contant geld of de pin. Het is mogelijk om te betalen met Mastercard & Visa. Er zijn geen pinautomaten op het terrein aanwezig, wel kan je tijdens het kopen van je tokens geld bijpinnen.
Drugs policy / Skip die Trip
We want everyone to enjoy the festival in a safe and healthy environment. We therefore apply a zero-tolerance policy: the possession, use and sale of both soft and hard drugs is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. Visitors may be searched upon entry and during the event. Anyone found with drugs may be denied entry or removed from the festival and could face fines.
Denormalizing drugs
Drug use is sometimes seen as normal at festivals, but it definitely isn’t. It brings risks for yourself, your friends and everyone around you. That’s why we support the Skip die Trip campaign and work together with municipalities, emergency services and safety partners to denormalize drug use and keep the festival as safe as possible.
Are you feeling unwell or worried about someone? Please contact first aid, security or a staff member immediately. They are there to help.
Celebrate Safe
Er gaat niets boven opgaan in de muziek, dansen in de zon, onderdeel zijn van een grote uitzinnige groep feestvierders, dansen tot je voeten niet meer willen, chillen in de bungalow, flirten met mooie mensen en losgaan met je vrienden. Niets is mooier dan het goede leven te vieren en het mooie gevoel te delen met alle partypeople om je heen. Nog mooier aan een goed feest, is heelhuids en gezond weer thuiskomen. Hoe leuk feesten ook is, het is nooit helemaal zonder risico’s. Check de website voor de 10 pijlers.
No Smokey
Er geldt een rookverbod in alle tenten en overkappingen. Dit geldt zowel voor sigaretten als voor E-sigaretten*.
Roken in tenten en onder overkappingen is wettelijk verboden en de boetes lopen op tot €13.500,- per tent! De NVWA controleert met undercover controleurs of het beleid wordt nageleefd. Rook dus buiten de tenten. De gevolgen kunnen oplopen van een waarschuwing tot het ontzeggen van toegang tot het festivalterrein.
*Je mag alleen een E-smoker meenemen op het festivalterrein wanneer de vloeistof nog gesloten is. Er mag maar 1 vloeistof meegenomen worden.
Er zijn geen sigaretten te koop op het festivalterrein.
Medicatie
Als je medicatie meeneemt mag dit uitsluitend voor eigen gebruik zijn en alleen in de hoeveelheid die nodig is voor de duur van het evenement. Zorg dat de medicatie in de originele verpakking mét bijsluiter zit en neem een medicijnpaspoort mee waarop de medicatie vermeld staat.
Deodorant & Zonnebrand
Wij hopen allemaal dat de zon zich de hele dag laat zien. Het is daarom toegestaan om een klein (travel) formaat van maximaal 100 ml zonnebrand mee het terrein op te nemen. Zo kan je jezelf beschermen tegen de zon.
Deodorant spuitflessen zijn niet toegestaan. Deze zullen worden ingenomen bij de ingang. Je mag je deodorant alleen meenemen wanneer het een kleine deoroller is.
